Very satisfied with our stay. But the only negative comment that I would like to highlight is that there was a very strong smell of sewage in and around the lifts / elevator. Use the local bus service stops next to the hotel for commuting to site seeing.

The hotel was perfectly positioned for the hustle and bustle of Dublin. . . Dont go if you want an early night as the traffic will keep you awake. . .Lovely bar on the basement.

A very good location in regards to Temple Bar, however the noise from the road outside is constant as are the sirens of the emergency services. The hotel is well maintained in general although the room we stayed in need a little TLC to bring it up to standard. The evening meal in the restaurant was a little disappointing although perfectly acceptable.

I would like to first say that the bar staff including the newly appointed duty manager were highly ignorant. While i was ordering at the bar they continued to have a very rude discussion about contraception over my head which caused my order to be wrong. Then i had to pay more for my food even though it was their mistake. We were also not alloowed to use the free pass to the nightclub that we received at reception as there was a party on in the nightclub. The rooms are lovely as is the food it was lovely especially breakfast. The big down side was that it is not central to nightclubs and bars like we were led to expect so this meant taxis and more money.

tv didn't work properly. Very small room which made it hot, but not advisable to keep the window open due to noise from outside. Wireless facility in lobby very poor, didn't work at all.
